That is why we are proud to announce that our FSS H35 Dispenser at a station under construction in Deventer has successfully passed the OIML R139 validation—a crucial certification for the accuracy and compliance of fuel dispensers.
What is OIML R139
OIML R139 is an international standard that defines the accuracy and technical requirements for fuel dispensers handling gaseous fuels such as hydrogen (H₂) and compressed natural gas (CNG). This certification ensures that dispensers meet stringent global standards for measurement accuracy, which is essential for:
- Hydrogen refueling station operators, ensuring precise fuel dispensing.
- Fleet managers, guaranteeing they receive the correct amount of fuel.
- Regulatory compliance, facilitating approvals and subsidies.
Successful Validation with Cesamé Exadebit and NMi
On February 4 and 5, a new validation was conducted for our FSS H35 Dispenser at Total Deventer. The validation was performed by Cesamé Exadebit (French Institute for the Calibration of High-Pressure Gas Flows) and NMi (Netherlands Measurement Institute), both renowned organizations in metrology and certification. During the process, 9 consecutive fueling tests were conducted under strict conditions.
