What is it
The new HMI makes it possible to guide the user through the refueling proces. To make this possible the dispenser needs new hardware and software.
Why the new update
Because there was a need for more interaction with the user and to have a modern, good-looking dispenser. We are also obliged under machine guidelines to correctly instruct users on operations.
The update includes
New Hardware in the dispenser that has new software which we have control over. This provides more possibilities to enhance the information and gives us the opportunity to update the dispenser without going into the field.
Tested in the field
The new HMI was tested at FSS 2.0 Kuster for the period of two weeks. This test was successful, and the users responded positive.
