Ultra High Capacity Station (UHCS)

Ultra-High-Capacity Hydrogen Refueling Station (under development)

MG 0277

Resato Hydrogen Technology, in collaboration with Van Halteren Technologies, is currently developing an Ultra-High-Capacity Hydrogen Refueling Station. This partnership between two technology companies from the Netherlands aims to provide a solution for back-to-back refueling of both Heavy-Duty Vehicles (HDVs) and Light-Duty Vehicles (LDVs).

Building on our experience with the Tube Trailer Filling Station, we have taken first steps toward developing the heart of the system: the compressor. The H2 Direct system is designed to be modular, making it flexible and future-proof, allowing for expansion as the demand for hydrogen capacity grows. The capacity can range from 2,000 to 10,000 kg per day, depending on the requirements. The system uses a hydraulically driven compressor to compress hydrogen to 350 and/or 700 bar.

This approach offers promising opportunities for the heavy mobility market. Compressed hydrogen can be dispensed via multiple dispensers and stored in tube trailers for transportation to other stations or industrial applications. With its variety of pressure levels, the system is ideal for delivering large volumes of hydrogen.

Under development

Although development of this solution is still ongoing, we are happy to assist companies in need of large amounts of hydrogen capacity. Contact us to discuss how we can collaborate on a solution that meets the future needs of the mobility sector.
