On Thursday, April 11, our 'Girls Go Technic' day took place at Resato, and what a fantastic day it was! Young girls between the ages of 10 and 15 were given the opportunity to explore the world of technology and discover how inspiring and enjoyable it is to work in this sector.
We are proud to say that the day was a great success, full of enthusiastic participants. Through three engaging workshops, in collaboration with Photonis, we showed the girls that technology encompasses much more than they may have initially thought. At Photonis, for example, they could look through night vision goggles and experience the world in a completely new way. At Resato High Pressure, they were introduced to advanced high-pressure equipment, while at Resato Waterjet, they learned about cutting with a waterjet machine. And at Resato Hydrogen Technology, they even had the opportunity to explore the production of hydrogen fueling stations!
As the icing on the cake, the girls also captured memories with fun photos at our photobooth and received a well-stocked goodie bag to take home. Together, we emphasized the power of diversity in technology and created an inspiring day for the next generation of female technical pioneers.
